no, he's the junior leader of my site,

he got banned from CH and btw, if u want stars, you have to first make ranks, it's under "ranks" in the advanced settings of your administration panel

just go to the administration panel and in the top right corner it will say right below "Administration Panel" "Old Settings" there should be a click able option that says "Advanced Parameters". Then go to user and group admin, and there you will find the "ranks" right under "inactive users"

but when i registered..
it didn't let me do it..
and someone also used MY email when it's MINE!!
so i had to use another email..
